Who are we?

Onze naam Horloge & Sieraden Center Nederland laat weinig ruimte voor twijfel. Sinds 2011 is onder deze naam een reparatie atelier op de kaart gezet, waar in Nederland geen tweede van bestaat.

HSC Nederland onderscheidt zich door een hoge graad van service. Naast snelle en vakkundige reparaties, bieden wij de klant de mogelijkheid om op ieder gewenst moment inzage te hebben in het traject van de reparatie. Met een team van vakkundige en speciaal daarvoor opgeleide horlogemakers verzorgen wij met uiterste zorg al uw horloge- en sieraden reparaties.

What do we do?

HSC takes care of all your after-sales needs. From the moment you accept the repair until the moment you return it to your customer, you’ll have virtually no worries.

Unique
HSC is the first service center to integrate with JUPA. You can easily create a service order and check the status of a repair in your JUPA POS system.

Watch Brand Appointments
HSC works closely with (brand) suppliers and has excellent agreements in place to ensure fast and easy processing. Multiple shipments per week to and from suppliers significantly shorten the turnaround time. The entire process is hassle-free and fast. The biggest advantage for you is that you can send all your watch repairs to HSC in a single box. We handle the shipping to any supplier within the Netherlands.

Special Shipping Boxes
We offer the option of using special shipping boxes with a clearly visible seal. We use red seals on our shipments to you and provide blue seals in our return boxes. This means you’ll only send and receive one package per week. The package will be delivered and collected by Mikropakket.

Instant insight into your repairs
HSC has the software to instantly view the status of your repairs. The program is very user-friendly and free of charge. We don’t offer packages with monthly subscription fees. This software, specifically designed for jewelers, allows you to easily enter repairs into our system from your computer. Your computer only needs an internet connection and a printer. You don’t need any additional equipment.
